Martha Jane Fiscella, 68, passed away with her sons by her side in Corpus Christi, TX on September 9, 2020.

She was born June 26, 1952 in Ottumwa Iowa to Donna (Carmen) Funk and Harold Galpin. Martha married Anthony "Tony" Hendred Sr. on November 27, 1970 and they had two sons; TJ and Travis Hendred. Martha later married Nick Fiscella on October 31, 1988.

Martha graduated from Ottumwa High School in 1970 and zealously devoted her life to caring for elderly and special needs patients for over 30 years as a healthcare worker. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren at the park, going on Sunday drives with her family, spending hours laughing in conversations with her twin sister and listening to and singing Motown hits with her sisters whenever they were all together.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Nick Fiscella, her parents, and her brother Sidney Funk. She is survived by her sons, Anthony "TJ" Hendred and Justin "Travis" (Tikei) Hendred of Corpus Christi, TX, 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Survivors also include; twin sister Marsha Reyes Winchester, CA, sisters Margo Kimbrough, Marla Thomas, Marlana Funk and brother Richard Funk all of Davenport, IA.

Her family will pay tribute to her life with a private celebration at a later date.
