Marilyn Sue Hester, 66 years of age, went to be with our Lord and Savior on the morning of August 17, 2013. Marilyn was an educator who touched the lives of anyone who met her along her journey.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents Robert Kenneth Terry and Shirley Jane Terry. Marilyn is survived by her husband, Carl William Hester, Jr.; daughter, Stefanie Jo Terry; brothers, Robert Lynn Terry of Austin, Dennis Keith Terry of Houston, Joe Luther Terry of Spring; sister, Jane Marie Seelbach of Henderson; and grandchildren, Amya, Presten, Dayna, and Aidan.
Services will be at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown S.H.286,(between Saratoga and Holly Rd.) in Corpus Christi on Friday August 23, 2013 with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. and services at 12:30 p.m. with internment to follow at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery 9974 Ih 37 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org) To leave condolences visit.
