Maria Anita Soliz

Mary Soliz was 62 years of age and passed on Tuesday, August 19th 2021 peacefully at home.

Mary was born on December 17,1958 in Kingsville, TX to the late Luciano and Maria Garcia. Mary was the second oldest to her brothers and sister an is survived by oldest brother Jose luis and Jill Garcia of San Diego, California, Jesus and Suwanmalee (Noi) Garcia of Charleston, South Carolina, Teresita Garcia of Corpus Christi, TX and Luciano Jr. and Yolanda Garcia of Corpus Christi,TX

Mary was a loving mother to Jennifer Soliz (Danny Cortez), Elizabeth Soliz-Abrego (Michael Abrego), Margaret Soliz and Kathleen Soliz. She left behind 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She raised her children and some grandchildren with love and devotion with her surviving husband Richard Soliz.

Mary loved to be called "mom" by her children and grandchildren. She loved her family more than anything. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.

We wish to express our heartfelt appreciation to those who have been present, both near and far; all of the beautiful ways you each continue to show your love and support will not soon be forgotten.

There will be a visitation held at Guardian Funeral Home on Wednesday August 25th at 12-1pm with a service to be held at 1230pm.
