It is with great sadness that the family of Maria Elena Fuentes, 83, announce her peaceful passing of natural causes on July 22, 2020 in her home in Corpus Christi Texas.

Maria was born September 12, 1936 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Guadalupe and Severiano Blanco.

Maria will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 46 years Angel Fuentes, daughters: Veronica, Angela and son Juan Fuentes and their spouses. She will also be greatly missed by her eight grandchildren. She is survived by her sisters Eliza and Esperanza Blanco and extended family.

Public visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Guardian funeral home chapel with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in Rose Hill cemetery.
