On November 13, 2022, Margaret Katherine Stillman passed away peacefully in Corpus Christi, TX to be with Jesus, her Lord and Saviour, after a battle with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and dementia. Margaret, longtime resident of Corpus Christi, TX passed away peacefully at her son's home with her daughter, son, and daughter-in-law by her side. Margaret was 75 years old. She was formerly married to Ruben Cuevas, Jr. of Corpus Christi, TX, the father of both her children, Michael Anthony Cuevas (Maricela) of Corpus Christi, TX and Christina Cuevas Mills (Michael) of Glencoe, IL. She was the proud grandmother of Jeremy S. Vela, Justin A. Cuevas, James M. Cuevas, Megan I. Mills, and Lauren K. Mills. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Jerry Stillman of Corpus Christi, TX. She is survived by her brothers Jerry Stillman and Richard Stillman of Conception, TX and Linda Zamorano of Corpus Christi, TX who she considered a sister. Margaret attended Carroll High School and Del Mar College. She was a much loved and respected woman, demonstrating compassion and integrity, and a fierce animal lover. Margaret will be missed by her many friends and her long-time canine companion Sparkie.
