It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Marcello Matthew Saldua on Tuesday. May 31, 2022 at the age of 18.  Marcello was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin, and most of all a good friend to all.

He leaves behind his mother Laura Sanchez Saldua, father Moses Saldua Sr, two brothers Moses Saldua Jr, Mark Saldua and his sister Lacie Saldua. Marcello also had nieces and nephews, Markus, Luca, Laila, Marlaiena, Audreena, Azalea, Ariah and Alani Saldua. Many more family members as well, and all will miss him dearly.

Marcello was a senior at W.B. Ray High School and was looking forward to his graduation day along with family and friends. He was loved by all and was the light in our lives. Never will he be forgotten and always in our hearts and thoughts. We will miss our "Cello, Our Marshmallow, our M&M"

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 13, 2022 at Guardian Funeral Home - Chapel A

On Tuesday, June 14, 2022 Visitation for family and friends will continue starting at 9:00 a.m. with the Chapel Service to be held at 1:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home - Chapel A

Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Rose Hill Memorial Park on Comanche St.
