Manuel B. Montalvo, 70, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on March 20, 2026. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, and spent his life surrounded by the love of his family and friends.

Manuel was preceded in death by his father, Fernando Montalvo Sr., and his mother, San Juanita Montalvo; his brothers, Fred, Oscar, Juan, and Jose Montalvo Sr.; and his nephew, Jose Montalvo Jr.

He is survived by his loving son, Manuel Montalvo Jr.; his devoted girlfriend, Nidia Quiroz; and his cherished granddaughters, Desiree Montalvo and Deandre Montalvo, who were his world. He is also survived by his sisters, Sylvia Moreno, Norma Montalvo, Lucia Elizondo, Betty Aguilar, and Sally Lopez; and his brothers, Tone Montalvo, David Montalvo, Armando Montalvo, and Richard Montalvo, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends who will forever hold his memory close to their hearts.

Manuel was a man full of life, known for his love of dancing and dressing up—he truly enjoyed looking sharp and celebrating life. His bright smile could light up any room, and he had a special way of making everyone feel welcome. He had a passion for cars and treasured every moment spent with his grandchildren and loved ones.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him, but his spirit, laughter, and love will live on forever in the hearts of his family.
