Manuel M. Martinez age 69 of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away Tuesday November 22, 2022. Manuel was born on August 20, 1953 to the late Jose B. Martinez and Esperanza M. Martinez. He is preceded in death by his late wife Oralia G. Martinez (Laya). His siblings Lucy Aguirre, Oralia Martinez, and Jose Oscar Martinez.

He is survived by his partner Gloria Martinez, his five daughters Melissa Martinez (Rick), Serena Hinojosa, Veronica Martinez (Tomas), Jennifer Martinez (Carlos), Hope Martinez (Lasaro). Thirteen grandchildren, five great grandchildren and his cat Sammy.

Along with numerous sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

Manuel enjoyed playing his guitar, cooking BBQ, making tamales and taking care of his plants. He will be dearly missed.

Public visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. Monday, November 28, 2022 at Guardian funeral home chapel with an Evening Service to celebrate Manuel's life to begin at 6:30 p.m.
