Luis Rafael Uballe III went to be with the Lord on October 26, 2016 at the age of 38. Luis was born January 16, 1978 in Corpus Christi Texas, to Luis and Mary Alice Uballe. Luis is survived by his wife, Mandy Uballe; and 3 children, Ashlynn Uballe, Luis Joell Uballe, and Averie Uballe; sister, Priscilla Uballe;  brother, David A. Uballe; beloved Grandmother, Hilda M. Uballe; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. Luis was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, but nothing bought him more joy then his 3 children.  Please keep all that knew and loved Luis in your thoughts and prayers. Until we meet again at daybreak...
