Luis Garza, 65 years of age, passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2017, at Bay Area Hospital.Luis was born August 14, 1951, in Donna, Texas, to the late Jesus and Juanita Garza. He was the younger of their two children. Luis was educated in the San Juan, Pharr and Alamo School Districts. He married Elva Botello on September 25, 1981, and three children came from their union. Luis professed his life to Christ at an early age. He was a Baptist and loved God.He loved helping others. He loved riding his motorcyle, traveling, spending time with family at social gatherings and laughing. He was always wearing a smile. He was a loving and caring person, devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He was the most unselfish person you could ever meet. He was always thinking of others first. "To know him was to love him."Luis leaves to cherish his loving memory to his wife, Elva Garza of 35 years; three daughters, Karen (Richard) Guerrero of Beeville, Texas, Kimberly  (Josie) Garza of Dallas, Texas and Katy (Ruben) Ybanez of Corpus Christi, Texas. He also had one granddaughter, Kyleigh Guerrero; and a sister, Conseulo Martinez of McAllen, Texas. He leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
