Lucinda R. Andrade went to be with the lord on Oct. 20, 2016 at the age of 79. Lucinda was born on January 11, 1937 in Hebbronville, Texas to Felipe and Carolina Rodriguez. Lucinda loved her family; her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she enjoyed playing bingo with family and friends and was also very passionate about her garden. Lucinda will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her memory will be cherished forever. Lucinda was preceded in death by her husband Francisco, sons Raul and Richard Andrade, Her son-in-law Guillermo (Willie) Benavides Jr. and granddaughter Evelyn Yvette Benavides, brothers; Felipe Rodriguez Jr, Francisco Rodriguez, and Beto Rodriguez, and sister, Beatrice Berlanga. Lucinda is survived by her beloved children; sons, Rene (Wanda) Andrade from Austin, Texas, Victor (Terry) Andrade, Juan Andrade and Francisco Andrade Jr.; daughters, Lydia Benavides from San Antonio, Texas and Rebecca (Pablo) Andrade brother Domingo Rodriguez, sisters; Eva Tamez, Magdalena Leal and Jesusa Gonzales; 20 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren. The visitation will begin at 5:00 pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm, Friday Oct. 28, 2016 at Guardian Funeral Home & Cremation Services @ 5922 Crosstown Corpus Christi, Texas. On October 29, 2016 @ 10:00 am mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe church. Interment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
