Linda Landa Torres, devoted wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother, passed away in the arms of her loving family on Sunday, September 15, 2013 after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She was born to Santana (deceased) and Angelita Landa on August 3, 1959 in Corpus Christi.
She is survived by her spouse Jose Torres, son, Joseph Torres, daughters, Claudia Torres and Laura Reyna (Eric), the great loves of her life grandchildren, Ethan and Emily Reyna, mother, Angelita Landa and brother, Luis Alberto Landa, she also leaves behind numerous friends and family.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Guardian Funeral Home chapel A with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. Services and Celebration of Linda's life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at Guardian Funeral Home chapel A.
