Linda Marie Milazzo, beautiful beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on May 31, 2025, at the age of 68.

Linda was born on November 2, 1956, in Corpus Christi, Texas, and grew up as one of ten siblings. She attended Mary Carroll High School and later continued her education at Del Mar College. She dedicated 24 years to the Texas Department of State Health Services, including 20
years serving as a Birth Defect Surveillance Specialist. After retiring, she enjoyed spending time with her family and doing the things she loved, like sewing, crocheting, and watching movies.

Linda will be remembered most for her laughter and joyful spirit that could light up any room. Her sense of humor carried her through even the toughest times, and she made sure to share that humor and light with all her family.

Linda is preceded in death by her father, Pedro Salazar Martinez; her mother, Josephine Martinez Pruneda; and her siblings, Diana Marie Martinez, Sandra Lopez, Josephine Martinez Sabbag, Sylvia Ann Martinez Bugtong, and Joe Raymond Pruneda.

Linda is survived by her children, Alfred (Nancy) Martinez, Michelle Trevino, Christopher Trevino, and Nicole Milazzo (Adam Martinez); stepfather, Ramon L. Pruneda; siblings, Pedro Martinez Jr., Johnny Martinez, Cynthia Ann (Freddis) Alvarez, and Ruby Ann Guinn (the
late James); and numerous beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Linda will remain in our hearts forever.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, June 12, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home located at 5922 Crosstown Access Rd., State Highway 286, Corpus Christi, Texas. The recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 6:00 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 13, 2025, 10:00 a.m. at Saints Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church of Corpus Christi. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
