Linda D. Martinez, age 60, passed away on June 10, 2016. She was born on February 11, 1956 in Corpus Christi, TX to Benito and Maria Martinez. Linda was a lifelong resident of Corpus Christi. She worked for over 10 years, until her retirement, as a School Bus Attendant for the CCISD.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Maria Eiena D. Martinez, Diana D. Martinez, and Patricia D. Silvas; brothers, Benito D. Martinez, and Rodolpho Martinez. She is survived by her sons, Mark Anthony Martinez, and Arturo M. Garcia; brother, Robert D. Martinez; sister, Bertha M. Carvajal; 4 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Linda will be sadly missed by all those who those who knew and loved her.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Guardian Funeral Home, with visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Inurnment will be at on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Rose Hill Cemetery.
