Leonel Escobar, Sr., 61, of Corpus Christi, Texas, born on February 15, 1960, was sent home to Our Lord on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at the age of 61. He was the most loving and caring husband, father, brother, uncle and friend.

He joins now in heaven his father Ramon Escobar, mother Beatrice Escobar, and brother Raymond Escobar.

Leo is survived by his wife Patricia Escobar; sons: Leo Escobar, Jr. and Adam Escobar; stepson: Eligio (Alisha) Garcia, Jr.; stepdaughters: Adriana (Hector) Liscano, Andrea (Tucker) Boyd; brothers: David (Aida) Escobar, Noel Escobar; sisters: Norma (Rick) Villarreal, Chriselda (Rudy) Garza; 12 grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews whom he loved.

The family will begin gathering at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home Chapel A with the Chapel Service to start at 11:00 a.m.
