Laura Renee Rosas was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas on October 21, 1984 to Patricia Resendez and Ramiro Ramirez. Laura passed away at the age of 39, on June 13,2024. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure a few months ago, and was hospitalized weeks before her passing. She was always surrounded by friends and family who remained by her side, praying for her wellness. Laura had a passion for art, a true creative spirit. Oftentimes she was found painting and coloring. Cooking was one of her hobbies as she loved creating anything especially for the joy of others. She always loved spending time with her friends and family and her beloved dog, Sophie. Her bright and energetic personality brought smiles to many faces. Laura is survived by her daughter, Julianna Ramirez; her son, Mark A. Rosas Jr; her brother, Patrick Resendez; and numerous siblings, cousins, aunts and uncles. She is reunited with her mother, Patricia Resendez, who unfortunately passed away a little over a year ago; her father, Ramiro Ramirez, who passed away at such an early age of her life; both of her grandparents; her uncle, Gilbert Ramirez; her aunt Irma.
