Laura Narvaez, 48 went to be with our Lord on Friday, August 29, 2014 after a long battle of Cancer. She was born to Lorenzo Herrera III and Dahlia Gonzalez on December 22, 1965 in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father Lorenzo Herrera III, brother Mario Herrera. Grandparents Eloisa DeLosSantos, Gilberto DeLosSantos, Lorenzo Herrera Jr. and Juanita Herrera. Laura leaves behind to cherish her memories her beloved mother Dahlia Gonzalez and Jose Gonzalez her husband David Narvaez, sons Bruce (Krista) Bayerlein (grandson) Donovan Mario Bayerlein, Joshua (Angelica) Bayerlein (future granddaughter) Anabella Bayerlein, David Jardon Narvaez, Jr. and Gabriel Herrera daughters Chelsea Bayerlein future son in law Jeremy Mireles, D'Kayla Bayerlein step-children David (Susie) Narvaez and Amanda Narvaez. Brothers Lorenzo (Belinda) Herrera IV, Gilbert (Emelda) Herrera, sister Lyria (Luis) Rojas and several nieces and nephews. Laura was a beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was cherished by her family and loved by all who knew her. The family would like to thank Dr. Esther Pollard and the staff at Spohn Shoreline Hospital (6th floor) & Hospice nurse David B. for the love and care during this difficult battle. Her faith in God was strong as she attended Real Life Fellowship. The love & support she received from her church family was a true blessing. We will miss you, but know we will meet again.

Visitation will be held on Monday September 1, 2014 from 6-9 at Guardian Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 2, 2014 at 10 am at Guardian Funeral Home followed at Sunshine Cemetery.
