IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kinsley Jean
Balunsat
April 16, 1988 – June 28, 2017
Kinsley Jean Balunsat was born April 16th, 1988 in Corpus Christi, Texas and grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington; just outside of Seattle, Washington and passed away on June 28th, 2017 at 29 years old. Kinsley had a kind, soft soul and lived life to it's fullest. She was caring and funny, loving to everyone and accepting of all people. Kinsley had a way of making everything alright no matter what the strife and no matter how bad the situation. She was a goofball to the max, but the most sincere person to those who needed a shoulder to cry on, an ear to listen, a hug for comfort or a loving presence to sit in silence with. Kinsley was who you called when life got tough or when you needed to laugh until your belly hurt. In her 29 years of life Kinsley was an excellent athlete for Lake Stevens High School, by playing travel softball all around the United States, she was selected to attend San Angelo State University to pursue her passion for softball. She was an amazing daughter to Gale and Francis Balunsat and sister to Justin Balunsat. She had a fondness for the elderly, which led to her focusing on geriatric nursing while attending university.
Kinsley always talked of getting a tiny house and traveling across the country one day. Not even a brutal, heartless attack could shatter Kinsley's dreams of being pain free and starting a fruitful life of her own. She fought until her last breath to be the best person she could be and to love others unconditionally. Kinsley may not have gotten that tiny house and she may not have lived her human life pain free, but if you knew Kinsley she undoubtedly changed your life for the better. You only needed to have but one conversation with her to know that she was truly unique; that there was a light and a presence about her that was unexplainable. Her joy for life and her love for all human beings is something we should all strive for during our time on earth. Today Kinsley sores in the clouds among angels with her grandparents who she loved dearly. Today Kinsley is with us all. She is watching over us with her big, pearly, white smile and beautiful brown eyes. Kinsley will be sorely missed no doubt, but God has called her home, taken the pain and suffering from her, and has allowed her to be anywhere and everywhere for eternity. Keep an eye out for Kinsley in your lives as she always had a funny way of showing up. Kinsley is closer to us all now more than ever. No words can express fully how much this world will miss such a wonderful young woman like Kinsley.
Until we all meet again, rest peacefully our dearest Kinsley. We love you!
