Karen Jean Warburton, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025, in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was born on October 30, 1959, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Karen was known for her boundless generosity and compassionate spirit. She had a remarkable ability to connect with people, often taking in young adults and treating them as her own children. Her kindness was legendary; she was the type of person who would truly "give anyone the shirt off her back." Karen was deeply loved by all who had the privilege of knowing her, leaving an indelible mark on countless lives through her unwavering friendship and support.

Karen is preceded in death by her daughter, Casandra Gee, and her grandson, Mikey.

Karen is survived by her loving children, Brandy Smith, Mandy Smith, and Michael Gee. She was a cherished grandmother to Zaudia, Isiah, Skylar, Sarah, Cadence, Cameron, Brody, Jack, and Preston.

Karen's legacy of love, generosity, and open-heartedness will forever be cherished by her family and vast circle of friends. She will be profoundly missed.

A celebration of Karen's life will be held at Whitecap Beach, Corpus Christi, TX on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

The family invites friends and loved ones to a benefit luncheon to support final expenses on Monday, July 14, 2025, at noon at Club 7 bar located at 10506 South Padre Island Drive, Flour Bluff, Texas 78418
