Judith Davison Jones passed away November 9, 2017 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 65. She was born in Pasadena, Texas to Marion "Dave" Davison and Gerry Cooper Davison on August 27, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her husband Jesse Jones of Rockport, sister Shirley Davison Burnett of Lake Buchanan, brother Don Davison and wife Dawn of Kingwood, and brother Dr. Doug Davison and wife Joyce of Burlington Massachusetts as well as granddaughter Emeriee Jones, many nieces, nephews, and other family.
She grew up as a member of Richey Street Baptist Church, graduated from Pasadena High School in 1970, and attended Texas State University. She worked for Temple Inland Mortgage and Internal Revenue Service in Austin, Texas. She had a love and talent for music, cooking, crafts, gardening and enjoyed traveling. Her three dogs were her precious "furbabies" and she delighted in driving them up and down Magnolia Beach in her golf cart.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 2 p.m. on Magnolia Beach near Port Lavaca, Texas.
