On September 11, Judy James departed this earth to be with Jesus and God, her beloved husband, family and close friends. Born in Oklahoma City, she was a university graduate. Retiring from the civil service, she then devoted her time to her family and rescue dogs. Her happiest Sunday's were spent in Ingleside, her very own island, with her husband, rescue dogs, friends and relatives. There will be a memorial service held on Thursday September 20, 2018 at 3pm at Guardian Funeral Home. Officiating by Marc Fuentes Sr.
