Juanita M. Valdez passed away on August 24, 2018. She was born on September 21, 1944 in Mathis, TX. She is preceded in death by her mother Ynacia Magana, father Lazaro Magana, brother Lazaro Magana Jr. and sister Ynacia Magana.
Juanita is survived by her husband of 53 years Albert Valdez Jr.; their four children, Albert (Toni) Valdez III, Ynacia Valdez, Melinda Valdez, Jose (Maria) Valdez; granchilden, Manuel L. Mendoza, Albert Valdez IV, Bianca Y. Valdez, Angelica M. Valdez, Javier N. Gatica, Rebecca M. Valdez; great grandchildren, Paul A. Ortiz Jr. and Ricky L. Ortiz.
Juanita is also survived by her brothers Guadalupe Magana and Alfredo Magana; sisters, Rosa Magana and Thelma Villegas; numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing and visitation will be on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 from 5pm - 9pm at Guardian Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday August 29, 2018 at 9am at Guardian Funeral Home, Burial to follow at Seaside Memorial Park.
