Joseph Eugene (Gene) Heinemann, is "resting his eye" on earth as of August 4, 2017. He was 76 yrs old. He is preceded in death by the love of his life, Nonnie, his son, his parents and brothers. He is survived by his daughters, Donna Rodriguez, Debra Heinemann, Jane Heinemann, 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and his beloved fur baby, Pepper. He also leaves behind numerous friends and family who will miss him dearly. Gene retired from the airline industry after 38 yrs of dedicated service. He was known by many for his legendary popcorn. Services will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown (S.H. 286), Corpus Christi, TX 78417.
