Jose Vidal, Jr. son of Jose T. and Maria C. Vidal was born on July 3, 1955.

He was surrounded by his brother and sister Amando Vidal and Mary Martinez when he was called home to our lord on February 23, 2021 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer. He attended Foy H. Moody High school. Joe enjoyed fishing and barbecuing and was a die hard 49ers fan. He mostly enjoyed being with family.

Jose is survived by his children Joey Garza, Tony Joe Vidal, Charisma Vidal Basaldua, Bernice Vidal, Jonathan Michael Vidal, Jeremy Vidal and was also survived by several nieces, nephews and grandkids. Jose had one brother Amando M. Vidal and one sister Mary Eloisa Vidal Martinez (Frank).

He is preceded in death by grandson Joshua Vidal; parents: Jose T. and Maria Vidal; sisters: Mary Ruth De La Paz, Maria San Juanita Vidal (Janie) and brother Federico Vidal (Freddie).

There will be a private burial held at Seaside Memorial Park.
