Joe Rodriguez Jr, 39, born on September 26, 1981, was called home to be with the Lord on September 23, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Rodriguez Sr., a grandmother, Anacleta Saldana, and a sister, Ashley Rodriguez.

Joe leaves behind to cherish his memories: his spouse of 19 years Audrey, his two children John and Hailey, his mother Mary, his siblings Daniel, Albert (Miranda), Brenda (Robert), and Jaymz; along with numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended in-law family, and friends.

Joe loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed barbecuing, fishing, watching the Cowboys, and "fixing" anything whether it was broken or not. Within the last six months, Joe had accepted the Lord and found great joy in attending services at Primera Baptist Church. With this new passion, Joe was always willing to serve and looked forward to his Bible studies and fellowships. He was a truly saved and changed man.  Joe was a friend to any person he met and will be truly missed by all.

Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 at Guardian funeral home chapel ''A" with an Evening Service to be held at 7:00 p.m.
