Jose Leonel Ramos Sr. "Lico" was born March 17, 1948 in Beeville, Texas to Susanna Amador and Leonel Bazan. He was adopted by Eluterio and Ysabel Ramos. His mother loved him immensely and was totally devoted to him, his love was equal to hers.

Mr. Ramos was a Marine Corps Veteran, he loved the "Corps" as shown by his many caps that he so proudly wore. He was a Veteran of the Texas Army National Guard. He was also retired from Kleberg County Maintenance Department and a member of the Gypsy Motorcycle Club.

He is survived by his wife Belinda Ramos, they spent 46 years and 7 loving months together, his children: Lee Ellen (Alex) Colin, Joe Eluid (Brooklyn) Ramos, Joe Gilbert (Alison) Ramos, Ysabel Susanna (Adrian) Ruiz Jr., Jose Leonel (Jason) Ramos Jr., Eian (Savannah) Ramos, Norma Linda (Steven) Alaniz, Cyndee S. Rodriguez.

Bazan siblings from Misson, Texas: Mary Stela, Estella Angelita, Cresencia, Cristina, Guadalupe, George, Leonel Jr., Roberto and Eddie.

Grandchildren: Richard, Katherine Ashley, Robyn (Marco), Samantha, Mia, Isabella, LeeLun , Emerson, Ryan, Greyson, Jacob Joe Lee, Adrian, Adrianna, Anndrea, Isaac, Jose,(Anabella), Juan, Steven, Evan, Melissa, Maya, Elle, and Aiden.

Great Grandchildren: Ariela, Catalina, Alexander, Arya Lee Colin-Chapa, Isabella, Zim, Harley, Jacob Joe Lee Jr., Jordan, Ethan, Caleb, James Robledo, Gabriel Robldo and Joziah Asher Sendejo.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Arturo and Armando, grandbabies; Marc Angel and Angelique Alaniz.

Services will be held July 20, 2022 at Guardian Funeral Home 5922 Crosstown Access Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78417. Public visitation starting at 10:30am and celebration of his life at 12:00pm. Burial with full military honors will follow at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery 9974 I.H. Access Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78417 at 2:00pm in honor of Mr. Ramos wishes.
