Jose Medina, Jr.
Corpus Christi, TX
Jose Medina, Jr., 66, went home to be with the Lord on July 12, 2013.
He served his country proudly in the U. S. Marine Corps, and he was retired from the U.S. Postal Service.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jose H. Medina Sr. and Beatrice Soliz. He is survived by his step-mother, Santos Medina, His two sons Joselito (Celina) Medina and Gabriel Aaron (Stephanie) Medina. His three brothers, David (Linda) Medina, Alberto Medina, Arturo Medina. His four sisters, Rosie (Ray) Milstead, Hilda Medina, Irma (Silvestre II) Orona, Martha (Richard) De La Garza. His granddaughter Candice D. Medina and great granddaughter Alexis Renee Gonzalez and numerous nephews and nieces. He will be greatly missed.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Guardian funeral home Chapel B from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m, Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Guardian funeral home chapel. Burial will follow at the Coastal Bend State Veteran cemetery, 9974 IH 37 access rd. with Military honors.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 4101 S. Alameda, Crp.Christi,Tx. 78411. To leave condolences visit www.Guardianfhcremation.com or caller.com at paid obits.
