Joe A. Cruz , entered the loving arms of our lord on Tuesday, 8-17-21, at the age of 53. He was born 1-5-1968, to his parents, Jose and Maria Elena Cruz . He was a graduate of West Oso H. School. Joe was a loving, caring family man who loved to dance, spend quality family time, and most of all— his Dallas Cowboys! Joe is survived by his wife of 16 years of marriage to Cristina Cruz ; son Joey A. Cruz (Kristie); daughters Valerie Ruiz (Mark); Maleina Cruz ; Ava I. Cruz ; two sisters, Debra Cruz , Jo Ann Salinas (Rudy); 3 grandchildren, Jayden and Emily Ruiz, Mason Cruz . Seven nieces and nephews.

Public Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church with the Burial to follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park.
