Obituary
Born in Brooks County, Texas to his father Jose Eloy Carrales Jr. and his mother Noemi Rivera Rodriguez on April 22, 1955.
Joe always had a smile on his face and a joke on his lips. He never met a stranger; with his outgoing personality he'd could strike a meaningful conversation with anyone. His compassionate soul lead him to join the United States Army, where he proudly served as a Combat Medic. The legacy of Joe's kind spirit, passion for sports, love of knowledge, and zest for life will live on through his loving family and friends.
Joe leaves behind, to cherish his memories, his loving parents; his siblings: Jose Elael (Janie) Carrales, Elda (Richard) Gonzalez, Eliberto Zargosa (Melba) Carrales, Elizardo Rene Carrales, Sr., Elizabeth (Estevan) Viera, and Jaime Isaac (Myra) Carrales; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 13, 2018 at 10 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. at Saint Theresa's Catholic Church 235 SW 4th St, Burial to follow at the Premont Cemetery South Side.
Pallbearers will be: Pablo Enemencio Johnson, Eric Lee Carrales, Aaron Rene Carrales, Jacob Andrew Carrales, Aaron Michael Johnson, Cesar Thomas Pulido, Elizardo Carrales, Jr., Eliott Marcus Carrales, and Estevan Isaac Viera.
