Jose Antonio Alaniz, 57, passed away peacefully on Thursday June 8, 2022 in Corpus Christi Texas at Christus Spohn Hospital South. He was born March 11, 1965 in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Jose, which he liked to be called Tony, was born and raised Catholic he didn't have a specific catholic church to go to. He loved to fish and most of all loved and enjoyed surfing.

He leaves behind three children: his oldest daughter Savannah Nichole Alaniz (Morgan), Jose Ian Alaniz, and Luke Antonio Ray Alaniz. Tony loved to be out on the beach with friends and his children. He loved to get other children to go out in the water and learn to surf. Tony was the youngest of six children, one sister Vilma Alaniz (Pfeifer), and four brothers Javier Alaniz whom earlier on passed away, Daniel Alaniz, Nick Alaniz, and David Alaniz.

Jose Antonio Alaniz will have his funeral service at Guardian Funeral home June 24,2022 at 3 Pm. 5922 crosstown Corpus Christi, Texas 78417
