Obituary

Jonathan Dwayne Miller, 32, transitioned from this earthly realm to join his heavenly Father on Monday, September 27, 2021, at Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi, Texas.

He was born on November 26, 1988, in Corpus Christi, Texas, son of John Henry Marque Miller and Cassandra Miller of Corpus Christi, Texas.  He graduated from Roy Miller High School in 2007 and played varsity football as a starting running back #44.

Early in his career, Jonathan worked at Corpus Christi State School for 7 ½ years working with the Young Adults in various departments.  He worked for CFI trucking company for several years fulfilling one of his life goals of becoming a commercial truck driver that allowed him to travel to various locations throughout the United States.  Jonathan later decided he wanted to be closer to home near his family, and children which led him to embark on a new journey as a commercial truck driver with McCoy's Building Supply in Corpus Christi, Texas.  Jonathan loved spending time with his family, children, and friends as they would go camping, fishing, and have cook-outs.  He enjoyed listening to music and riding his motorcycle.  He was loved by all and touched the lives and hearts of every individual he encountered as a child, and an adult.  Jonathan gave his life to Christ at an early age.

Jonathan leaves to cherish his memories, two daughters: Madison Rose Flores, and Natalie Rae McClean of North Carolina.  Brother: John Henry Jamal Miller, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Mother: Cassandra Y. Miller of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Father: John Henry Marque Miller of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Girlfriend: Jennifer Herrera of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Uncle: James E. Bolden, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas.  Aunt: Yvette L.
