Johnny Ray Lowery passed away June 21, 2021 unexpectedly, but peacefully as he was surrounded by his family that loved him so dearly.

Johnny was born June 1, 1974 in Lawton Oklahoma. Johnny spent most of his time growing up in Houston Galveston and Erie Pennsylvania. At the age of 25 he decided to join the rest of his family and move to Corpus Christi Texas.

It was there that he became a skilled handyman with carpentry, painting as well with tile and plumbing. He worked his craft through many of North Padre Island homes. Becoming friends with some of his customers that last a lifetime. With Padre Island came the warm waters with beautiful beaches that Johnny loved to fish in and go kayaking in the waters of Gulf of Mexico and became his adventure. He was also great with flying his drones and taking great photography that was truly amazing.

Johnny is survived by his father Drew Ondike and his mother Rosezetta Adams. His son Lucas Lowery, step parents Leah Ondike and Gary Adams. Grandparents Ron and Natalie Ondike. Plus his brothers Danny, Michael, Jacob, josh and Jeremy. Sisters April and Allison. Along with many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service to celebrate Johnny's life will be held at 4 PM on June 26 at 445 Oakdale Dr., Corpus Christi, TX.
