Joe Luis Villegas, 72, passed away September 20, 2018. He was married to the love of his life Estella Villegas for forty nine years.  Joe had two daughters whom he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Jose & Maria Villegas, two sisters, Margarita and Maria De Jesus Villegas, a brother, Frank Villegas and a brother-in-law, Olivero Everett. Survived by Daughter, Yvette Marie Alvarez and her husband, Robert Lee Alvarez, grandchildren, Robert Saenz, III, Ryan Lee Alvarez, Robert James Alvarez & Alisa Diane Alvarez, daughter, Erica Denise Riojas and her husband, Roy Riojas, grandchildren, Alyssa Villegas Lopez-fiancée Ryan Garcia Melissa Villegas Lopez-fiancée Rudy Hernandez, great grandson, Aiziah (Isiah) Zechariah Garcia, his siblings, Yolanda and husband, Osvaldo Canales, Ruben and wife, Lydia Villegas, Elida and husband, David Herrera, Minerva Herrera, sister-in-law, Terry Villegas, Johnny and wife Rosalinda Villegas, Nancy Everett, Salvador and wife, Patricia Villegas and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 23, 2018 at Guardian funeral home chapel ''A'' with a Evening Service to begin at 7:00 p.m.  Service will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Guardian funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Hill cemetery.
