Jim Michael Rush, born in Seminole, Oklahoma on December 27, 1946, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.

"Big Mike", as he was known to his family, was a gentle, loving father, grand-father, brother, and son to his family. He had a caregiver's personality. Always present and ready to lend a hand.

Big Mike graduated High School in Cody, Wyoming in 1965 and enlisted in the Army.  He served until 1971 attaining his final rank as a Captain and was honorably discharged after receiving many decorations and citations.

Big Mike is survived by his brothers, sister and four grand-children whom were his focus in his last days.  Where he could Big Mike invested in helping the future generations of his family.  He cherished his children and grand-children to the end of his days.
