Jessica Angelita Cantu w as born in Corpus Christi, Texas on November 13, 1980. She passed away on December 13, 2018 at the age of 38. Jessica was married to Michelle Lee Ortiz on November 13, 2018. Jessica is survived by her wife Michelle Lee Ortiz; parents: Eliseo and Jeanne Lynn Cantu; sister Reba (Mario) Gutierrez; nephew Benjamin Gutierrez; brother- in- law Noe (Connie Lou) Ortiz; nieces: Gabriana Ortiz and Ariana Ortiz; nephew Noe Ortiz Jr.; aunt Lisa Basaldua; uncle Bud (Marie) Smith; and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
She loved working with the mentally handicap and cared for them dearly. She was a dedicated and very hard worker.  She had many talents which included playing piano, violin, and guitar.  She loved to be around music and cool cars. Jessica had this bubbly personality. Many would describe her as funny; always with a smile on her face and a joke on her lips, with a beautiful sense of humor. She left everyone she encountered with happiness. Oh, what a sweet person she was, with profound love of  animals; she adored her dogs Bella and Maggie. She had love for everyone; her generous heart would love to help who ever was in need. Jessica left this world with many people loving her Her memories will be forever cherished.
