Jerry L. Millage, 78, passed away on July 25, 2017 in Corpus Christi, TX.

Jerry was born in Davenport, IA on May 4 ^th 1939.  He served in the United States Navy for 20 years.  He was awarded the Gallantry Cross for an Act of Valor during the Vietnam War.

Preceded in death by his parents, George and Ruth Millage and one son Jhon Stanford.

Survived by his wife of 47 years, Patti Millage, and their children, Jerilynn Millage, Christopher Millage and Jennifer (James) Driver and daughter-in-law Lulu.  He had 9 grandchildren; Steven, Ashley, Jaqulyn, Allison, Abigail, Michelle, Garret and Lacey.

Services will be on July 28, 2017 at Guardian Funeral Home located at 5922 Crosstown Access Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78417.  Viewing starts at 10:30 am with Service starting at 11:30 am.  Burial will follow at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery located at 9974 I-37 Access Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.  Reception will follow.
