Jerome Perez, 26 years old was called home by our Heavenly Father on November 10, 2016. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Joe and Manuela Blanco. He was born on April 16, 1990 to his mother, Rosemary Blanco(Rick), and his father, Rudy Perez. He is survived by one sister, Nicole Marie Perez(Nathaniel), one brother, Rudy Perez, Jr. grandparents, Eugene and Rita Perez. Public visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. Monday, November 21, 2016 at Guardian funeral home chapel "A" with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at Guardian funeral home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
