Jeffrey Herebia passed away on March 17, 2025 at the age 48. Jeffrey was born in Midland, Texas on November 28, 1976 to Jose Herebia and Maria Delia Fuentes.

Jeffrey through out his childhood lived in many places due to his father's work. He lived in Midland, Pecos, Midland again, Monahans, Corpus Christi and then moved to Alvin TX with his mom before the age of 17. He graduated from Alvin High School in 1995. He moved back to Midland and worked at odd jobs until he worked for Home Depot. He ultimately decided to move back to Corpus Christi with his dad and transferred from Home Depot to work. Through out his life he dealt with health issues from Diabetes. Which ultimately shortened his life. He loved to cook. He was always trying out new recipes even though he was disabled and legally blind. He loved football, mostly, but loved all sports including wrestling.

Jeffrey Herebia is survived by his brother Joe Herebia III (Amanda Garcia), their children Cierra and Joe and great nephew Cayden. His sister Rebecca Saiz (Jessie) and their daughters Rose Saiz and Jennifer Coronado (Corey Loudermill) and their son Dante Coronado. His stepmom Carol Herebia and his brothers Billy Miller (Erin) – their children Caleb, Colton, Emma and Jacob. Matthew Miller (Sarah) and niece Camryn.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Maria Herebia and father Jose Herebia Jr., his paternal grandparents, Jose Herebia and Guadalupe Herebia, his maternal grandparents, George Fuentes and his wife Consuelo, Lucilla Morgan and her husband George Morgan. Uncles and aunts were Joe Fuentes and Herlinda Fuentes, George Morgan Jr., Avelino Herebia, Julio Fuentes and Carlos Gonzales. Sr., Mary Ann Herebia. His cousins Gabriel Navarro, Willie Morgan, Felix Torres and niece Michelle Nicole Saiz and Carlos Gonzales, Jr.

The family would like to express their gratitude towards the aides provided by Angel Bright. We would especially like to thank Paul Martinez for which he has been attending for Jeffrey for the past two years. He was not only his provider but a very good friend. We would also like to say thank you to all the workers that tended to Jeffrey at DaVita Corpus Christi Dialysis.

A Visitation will be held at Guardian Funeral Home on Monday, March 24th from 4-8pm with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 6:30pm . Visitation will continue on Tuesday, March 25th at 8am with a Chapel Service to follow at 10am .
