Helen Magill Wilcox Passed away on December 30th, 2017. She was born in La Feria TX on August 10th, 1920 to Amy and Oliver Holland. She grew up in Corpus Christi, TX where she and her first husband, Charles Margill opened Magill Furniture Company. She always described her working years as her happiest. Helen was an active member of Second Baptist Church for 50 years and has been a member of Parkway Presbyterian Church for the many years since.
She was preceded in death by her first husband of 40 years, Charles Magill, and her second husband Bill Wilcox, of 24 years. She was also preceded in death by her Brother, William Holland, sisters, Thelma Robertson, Edna Davis, and granddaughter Kelly Magill.
She is survived by her Sons Thomas (Sharon) Magill, and Mike (Laura) Magill and her Daughter Susan (Rick) Tuley, 5 grandchildren, Tommy Magill, Mark (Samantha) Tuley, John Magill, Charles (Angela) Tuley, and Jana Fellers and 10 great grandchildren. Also Surviving are Bill's Children, Kay (Ralph) West, George (Edie), Norman (Joyce), and Raymond (Rhonda) Wilcox, and their families consisting of 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on January 11 at 3 p.m., at Parkway Presbyterian Church.
