Obituary
Helen Oliphint, 65, passed away on September 1, 2016. She was born in Corpus Christi on August 7, 1951.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Maria Torres; She is survived by her loving husband of over 30 years, Preston Oliphint; children, Sara Juarez , Rudy Pena, Troy Oliphint (Marlaina), Tyrone Oliphint; 12 grandchildren, and grandson Troy Jr. expected in November; sisters, Janie (Ricky), Sandra, and Emma (Chuckie); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Helen was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Guardian Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Guardian Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Laguna Gardens Cemetery.
