Guadalupe M. Perez, lovingly known as Lupe, was born on February 5, 1943, in Rivera, Texas, and lived a life marked by kindness, faith, and love. She spent her early years on the King Ranch in Kingsville, Texas, where she lived until the age of 27 before moving to Corpus Christi. She worked for Walmart until her retirement.

A devout Christian, Lupe was a pillar of her church community at Bethel Baptist Church. She was deeply involved in prayer meetings, church events, and supporting others in their spiritual journeys. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life and inspired all who knew her.

Lupe especially loved spending Sunday lunches with her nephews Raul and Eli, cherishing the time and connection they shared. In her later years, Lupe remained active in her community by volunteering at her senior center and finding ways to lend a helping hand wherever she could. She continued to embrace meaningful connections with others throughout her life.

Lupe leaves behind her loving son, Erasmo M. Perez; daughter-in-law; many nieces and nephews; and a legacy of kindness and faith that will be cherished by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Lupe's life will be held at Bethel Baptist Church , located at 2601 Milo Street, Corpus Christi Tx, on December 14, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. where family and friends will gather to honor her memory and the joy she brought to their lives.
