Obituary

Guadalupe M. Aja, 74, of Humble, Texas passed away on October 7th ,2021 unexpectedly. Lupe passed away in peace at Vitas Hospice facility free of pain.
He was born to Moyces R. Aja and Dora Moreno Aja on November 30, 1946, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was a 1966 graduate of Mary Carroll High School and went on to receive his paraprofessional certificate from Del Mar College. He was a retired paraprofessional for Corpus Christi Independent School District and served for 35 years. He was also a former security guard for Stanley Smith and other security companies over the years.

He was married to Mary G. Aja, who passed prior to him. He is survived by his daughter, Angelica (Jesse) Aja, his granddaughter, Madeleine R. Aja. His sisters, Mary (Joel) Saenz and Dorothy (James) Cunningham. His stepdaughter, Danielle Lozano, grandsons Gilbert R. Herrera and Rogelio (RJ) Vasquez and granddaughter, Irene M. Vasquez, and leaves behind multiple nieces and nephews.

Lupe was predeceased by, Carmen Aja, Mary G. Aja, Maria Norma Balderas, Dora M. Aja, and Moyces R. Aja.

Lupe was a Dallas Cowboy fan and his faith in them never wavered. He had corny jokes and loved to share his stories of his youth.
