IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gregorio "Greg"
Martinez
December 4, 1959 – December 17, 2019
The gates of Heaven were opened to our beloved Gregorio Martinez at the age of 60 with his loving family by his side after a strong battle with leukemia and pneumonia. Greg was born in Mercedes, Texas to parents Baudelio and Aurora Anita, then moved to Terra Bella, California, then lived in New Mexico following Sandy Creek and since 2000 has lived in Corpus Christi, Tx. Greg's passion was fishing with his family, playing darts, listening to his oldies music, he enjoyed his outdoors. Greg was a great carpenter. He loved the truth even when the truth was hard, those who knew him well knew how much he loved to be a prankster & joker and loved to make us laugh, and he loved all his family those close to him and those far away. Greg will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his paternal & maternal grandparents, his sister, Mary Martinez, nephew, Jacob Flores, great niece Valerie Gonzalez, stepfather, Richard Hernandez, brother-in-laws, Peter Castillo and Rodney Patlan whom he loved very much.
Greg is survived by his children, Sons, Adrian Espinoza (Rafaela), Alexander Martinez (Dora), daughters, Bridget Gregory (Brian), Sarena Martinez, Andrea Morgan (Jamie), Coryn Mobley (Brad), grandchildren, Sammy, Joseph, Christopher, Haley, Victoria, Anthony, Shireik, Derrick, Patton, Parker, Braeden, Tyler, Aubrey, Shiana, Natalie, Bently, and Natalie, parents, Baudelio Martinez, Sr., Aurora Anita Hernandez, his brothers, Peter Martinez (Connie), Baudelio Martinez, Jr., Sisters, Diana Naranjo (Mark), Vivian Castillo and Lillian Patlan, also numerous nieces & nephews.

We want to thank the Doctors and nursing staff at Corpus Christi Spohn Hospital, Corpus Christi Bay Area hospital, and the Methodist hospital of San Antonio for the loving care they provided for Greg.
