Graciela "Gracie" Rios Cruz passed away on Monday, May 8th, 2023, to be in the arms of the Lord, free of suffering and pain. Gracie was born on November 23, 1957 to Carlos and Juanita Rios in Corpus Christi, Texas. Gracie spent her years owning several different businesses, her specialty was her restaurant, where she was able to share her gift of cooking.

Gracie was a loving wife, mother, sister, step-mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. As beautifully stated by her family, Graciela was always there for everyone, and made a great impact on everyone's lives. She loved family gatherings where she could make everyone laugh, make them feel loved, and make sure everyone was fed with meals from the heart. Graciela healed others with her wit, food, and warming nature. She inspired all of her family to be brave and strong just like she was.

Gracie was preceded in death by her father and her mother whom she loved and cherished deeply.

Gracie leaves behind her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters, brothers, and husband. She will be greatly missed by all.

Services will be held on Monday, May 15, 2023 at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown Access Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78417
Public viewing will be begin at 4:00 p.m. with the service and rosary to be held from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
