Gloria Guajardo, age 70, of Corpus Christi, Texas went to be with the Lord on May 13, 2022.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bernardo and Elisa Guajardo; her brothers, Alfredo Guajardo and Bernardo Guajardo, Jr, and nephew, Christopher L. Benavides.

She leaves behind a daughter, Priscilla Rodriguez (Rene) and son, Robert Botello, Jr., Sisters, Maria E. Garza (Richard), Criselda Coronado (Eloyd), Sister-In-Law, Ancira Guajardo, Brothers, David Guajardo, Daniel Guajardo, five grandchildren, one great grandchild, and many nephews and nieces.

She will affectionately be remembered as the caregiver of the family. She, with her son, Robby, took care of her grandmother, and both of her parents till the very end.  Any one of the family  could call her day or night, and she was more than willing to help out in any way she could.  She loved watching movies, television shows, and eating out with family. She loved shopping for herself and for others—often randomly bought purses, shoes, clothes, and gifts for loved ones which was one small way she made anyone feel special. She was loyal and caring, selfless in her compassion. She was always happy and never wanted to hurt anyone's feelings. She has left a huge void in our lives and will be missed tremendously.

A visitation for Gloria will be held Friday, May 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Guardian Funeral Home, 5922 Crosstown SH 286, Corpus Christi, Texas 78417, a chapel service to celebrate Gloria's Life will begin at 6:30 p.m.
