Obituary

Glenda "The Good Witch" Waters passed away on July 21, 2025, due to complications related to cancer immunotherapy treatment. She was born on April 3, 1953, in Kentucky.

Anyone who knew Glenda knew she brought love and laughter wherever she went. Her vibrant spirit and infectious smile could brighten any room, and simply hearing her name was enough to make you smile.

Glenda is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Nola Sexton, and her husband, Randy Waters.

Glenda is survived by her two sons, Shayne and Christopher Reynolds; her beloved grandson, Gatlin Reynolds; and his fiancé, Jerri Bauer. She also leaves behind her brother, Tony Henrich, and his wife Deb; her sisters, Karen Sexton and Kathy Felts, and Kathy's husband, Jim Felts. She will be lovingly remembered by her nephews, Chad Brown (and wife Andrea), Cole Henrich, and Dacoda Sexton; her niece, Megan DeWinne (and husband Gary); her great-nieces, Emily DeWinne, Averie Woodward, Hadley Brown, and Alana Sexton; and her great-nephew, Brady Brown.

A celebration of her life will be held with family and friends on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Viola's Ventanas in San Antonio, Texas from 2 PM to 4 PM. If attending the celebration, we also ask that everyone wear purple to honor her.
