Gilbert Saldana Perez Sr., entered eternal rest on May 4, 2015. He was born on September 1, 1929. Mr. Perez was 85 years of age. Gilbert was a Merchant Marine for 50 years and owned his own taxi company.
Gilbert is survived by his wife of 55 years Aurora Perez, his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A Holy Rosary will be recited at Guardian Funeral Home on Thursday May 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. The Family will start accepting visitors at 5:00 p.m. Services will be on Friday May 8, 2015 at 09:30 a.m. at Guardian Funeral Home with interment to follow at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery at 11:00 a.m.
