Georgia B. Sparks age 96 went to be with the Lord on October 25, 2021.

All Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Guardian Funeral Home in Corpus Christi, Texas. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the Homecoming service at 11:00 a.m. in Chapel A
Burial will be at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery for family only.
Georgia will be buried with her veteran husband, Claude.

Georgia was born in Oklahoma and grew up in Louisiana beginning at the age of 3. She worked in the financial banking industry and later helped her husband in his business. She enjoyed working in her yard, reading, and taking care of her many beloved pets.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years Claude (Sparky) Sparks, her biological parents, her foster parents, her brother Billy Ross, and her great grandson, Dylan.

She is survived by her three children, Larry (Beth) Springs, Alan (Debbie) Springs, and Carol (Michael) Gwin, eight grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
