George Guajardo born on November 1st, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 19th, 2021.

A man who loved his country, he joined the United States Navy in 1971 immediately after graduation from Luther Burbank high school. George, a decent and hard working individual, was employed by Texas Instruments and Hoechst Celanese until his retirement in 2014. It was at Celanese that he developed a love of golf.

He is survived by his wife, Miroslava Mimi of 46 years, loving sons Gabriel Guillermo and Nieves Esteban, siblings Rosa Mary Aldana(Juan), Frank Correa, Juliandra Correa, sister-in-law, Elizabeth Vallejo and several nieces and nephews.

Private burial, with military honors, will be at the Coastal Bend Veterans State Cemetery on September 3rd, 2021
