Obituary
Frederick M. Staggs, 66, gained his angel wings on April 30, 2022. He is preceeded in death by his parents Frederick and JoAnn Posey Staggs Sr. and his brother Terry Patrick Staggs. He is survived by the love of his life of 44 years James L. Hinnant, a niece Rebecca (Jeremy) Valderrama. He will be greatly missed by his closest friends Ovidio, Norma and Reymundo Trejo. Fred was always ready with a smile and never met a stranger. Services are pending.
